Pale Latex Crepe

High-quality crepe rubber with a pale color tone, prized for its excellent elasticity and texture. Ideal for medical and industrial applications, as well as adhesive production offers superior flexibility and durability

overview of PALE LATEX CREPE

Latex crepe rubber or also known as Pale latex Crepe due to its white colour, is the purest form of natural rubber. It is manufactured by coagulating the field latex, followed by a process of rolling, drying and milling to produced crepe with standard thickness (thin or thick). The term "crepe" refers to the texture of the rubber, which has a wrinkled or crinkled appearance. The production of latex crepe primarily involves two key steps: fractionation and bleaching. Depending on the specific processing steps, latex crepe is inspected visually and divided into several grades. Though pale crepe is graded visually based on specific criteria outlined in the Green Book, depending on Customers specific requirements it may be manufactured to suit end user application.

types of PALE LATEX CREPE

THICK PALE CREPE (TPC)

TPC1X - is a premium quality, very light uniform colour and exceptionally high level of cleanliness. Its superior quality qualifies for applications in Pharmaceutical and surgical rubber appliances. Also finds application in adhesive solutions, sports equipment, footwear, toys and Childcare Products. TPC 1- A popular grade that has the same properties as IX but has a very slight variation in shade. Same applications as 1X except Pharmaceuticals appliances.
TPC 2- Slightly darker than TPC 1 shade in colour and may contain slightly mottled rubber. Mostly used in adhesive and adhesive tapes
TPC 3- Yellowish colour, and may vary in shade, may contain mottled and streaked rubber and fungus spots has different properties such as stains and mottled patches. Mostly used in Adhesive and adhesive tapes, jogging, walking, Canvas shoes soles, rubber slippers.
TPC 3 & 4 Yellow- During the fractionation step, Fractioned Latex is separated to produce this yellowish rubber. TPC 3Y colour and quality slightly better than TPC 4Y. Commonly used in Natural Rubber Yoga mat production, adhesive products, industrial sole crepe production.
TPC 4Mix- A mix of TPC 3Y and TPC 4Y. Used in various general applications.
Brown Crepe or Scrap Crepe - known as FAB (Fair Average Brown) grades are made from rubber pre -coagulated in the field i.e. cup lumps, tree laces, shell scrap and earth scrap. Is used in various industries such as Rubber mat, rubber products etc

THIN PALE CREPE

This is a highly specialized grade of rubber and is manufactured with all precautions. Unlike TPC, Thin Pale crepe is only manufactured to order. Used in pharmaceutical industries.

SOLE CREPE

Sole crepes- are manufactured by adding several extra laminating piles of Pale crepes to the required thickness and passed through several rollers. The surface of the crepe is either smooth or Pebbly finish. Sole crepe is available in white, Black and honey colour. This product is made to order as per the requirement of the end user. Used for High end Natural rubber shoe soles.
