Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Related Work

•  Handle day-to-day accounting entries for receipts, payments, and other transactions.
• Record Sales and Purchase entries for Merchanting and Import.
• Book office expenses and process related payments.
• Assist in other accounting tasks as assigned.

2. Bank Related Work

• Initiate outward remittance payments and manage documentation; coordinate with banks.
• Handle LC processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Process monthly payments: Rent, Utilities, Credit Card payments, etc.
• Check and verify inward remittances and complete related documentation.
• Coordinate with banks for confirmations, charges, and timely payment processing.
• Attend to banking-related tasks as required.

3. Taxation Work

• Handle monthly GST (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), TDS (194C, 194H, 194I), and TCS (206C(1H)) payments.
• Manage Quarterly Advance Tax payments (Section 208).
• Process Custom Duty payments.
• Prepare monthly TDS, TCS, and GST workings.
• Verify GST amounts of creditors in GSTR-2A.

4. Documentation

• Prepare LC documentation, inward documents, and other financial documentation.
• Prepare monthly GSTR-1 reports.
• Verify charges debited for inward and outward remittances.
• Follow up with parties for LC acceptance.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.

5. Payroll & Statutory Payments

• Process monthly salary payments.
• Process monthly Provident Fund payments.
• Add beneficiary bank details on the bank portal when required.
• Handle additional payment tasks as assigned.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Check and share daily bank balances.
• Prepare inward documents and send email intimation.
• Support management with ad-hoc accounting, finance, and compliance tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and meet reporting timelines.

7. Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Experience with bank payments, remittances, and LC documentation.
• Proficiency in GST, TDS, and TCS processes.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international B2B/export sales and a deep understanding of rubber product specifications, export documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage business relationships with international clients in the rubber industry.
• Create and implement export strategies tailored to different regions (Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, etc.).
• Respond to client inquiries and provide quotations, ensuring all pricing and terms align with company policies.
• Handle export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and industry standards, keeping up-todate with relevant laws.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and virtual buyer-seller meets, networking with potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in international B2B/export sales, preferably in the rubber or raw materials industry.
• Product Knowledge: A good understanding of rubber products, their specifications, and the rubber industry’s technical and commercial aspects.
• Export Compliance: Familiarity with INCOTERMS, export regulations, and documentation processes.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• International Exposure: Experience working with overseas clients, especially in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows, client meetings, and market research.

Preferred Skills:

Role Objective:

Core Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Documentation:

• Maintain PAN-India sales worksheets and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track progress after meetings and monitor sales calls/social media interactions.
• Support Accounts Team with visit reports.
• Follow up on payments and maintain customer/lead balance sheets.
• Update Visit Record Sheet and Buyer Communication Summary Sheet.

Business Development & Sales Growth:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP; willing to travel.

Role Summary:

The Documentation Executive will support export–import operations by managing
documentation and coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal teams
throughout the order cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate order process from start to finish with suppliers & customers via email/phone
• Receive PI/SOC from supplier or sales team, forward to customer for countersign
• Follow up on P.O, Draft LC and send to suppliers for verification; update customer on final
  versions
• Track draft & final shipment documents; get approvals from customers
• Send scanned final documents to customers after BL receipt
• Maintain organized records of PI/SOC, LC, draft/final docs, payments
• Share courier tracking details for original shipping docs with customers
